Preston Hall was originally a stately home in extensive grounds just North of Yarm on the A135 Stockton Road. Today the venue is a well known visitor spot, with extensive gardens, river trips and the museum, and attracts thousands of visitors each week. The fair is held in the ballroom of Preston Hall.
